Our story
Salt air, slow lunches.
Marés sits a few steps from the harbour in Port d'Andratx, where the boats still come in at first light and the kitchen cooks with whatever they bring. Our table is built around the island — line-caught fish from the bay, vegetables from the tramuntana foothills, olive oil pressed a short drive away. The cooking is unhurried and uncomplicated: wood, fire, salt, and the kind of long lunches that turn into longer afternoons.
